Trying to curb myself and not rely on any nausea pills to make me feel better. Standby my peppermint tea as well. It does help to ease off MS.
Only thing that I prefer to eat seems to be bread.
Blood pressure is low. Sometimes I do feel giddy and breatheless if I am carrying some bags or even Adel for less than 5 minutes.
