Payment from Synovate

Last Friday evening went for a focus group by Synovate.

The focus group will start at 7pm. I was looking at leaving the office at about 5.30pm so that I can pass the car to Sam and he could drop me off at Burlington Square.

I was held up by some work and manage to leave at 6pm. Reached Tanjong Pagar and it was already 6.30pm. I decided to take a train down to Bugis to avoid being caught in the traffic jam and Sam could pick up Adel by 7pm.
On the train, met Christine the Operations Manager whom I used to work part time at Soup Restaurant. I could not recognise her at all but she did!
So nice to chance upon her after so many years.


Reached Burlington Square at 7pm.
It was not started yet.

They had cater some dinner for us: Canadian 2-For-1 pizza and sakae sushi, soft drinks and chips. I only had a Coke and some chocolates since I had a mee siam at 5.30pm.
The focus group ended after 2 hours and Sam was already waiting for me by the roadside. Was famished then and head home for dinner.
