Mummy's Progress

Mummy has been doing great except for the hourly crankiness that Kennzo is having when he is home.

Wound has been healing well and fast as compared to Adel's time. It is as if I have not delivered Kennzo and walking normally and sitting cross-legged already.

No painkillers at all after delivery. The nurse was checking with me whether I need it as Chris had ordered painkillers to be given to me. I simply refused to take since the pain was bearable. Good old Chris was saying that either he is good or I am good. Hee both of us are good!

Milk supply comes in very fast, on Saturday. This time round only experienced engorgement for 2 days and was relieved from the pain before the post natal massage lady was here.
However, I am experiencing sore nipples as Kennzo does not know how to latch or rather he was impatient. Ended up, he often 'bite' mummy ~ouch~. I am recovering from the sore nipples as I do not have the chance to latch Kennzo for the past 3 days.

This time round, I can pumped out at least 70ml of Breastmilk in 15 minutes from both breasts. I was surprised that it was such a breeze to breastfeed Kennzo this time round (except for the latching part). Lois suggested that Adel demonstrate or Kennzo so that he knows how to do that. LOL
