Ingredient:
(Skin only)
120g Icing Sugar
90g Kou Fen (Cooked Glutinous Rice flour)
90g Hong Kong flour
60g Shortening
160ml Cold water
few drop Essence
few drop Colouring
Method:
1) Steam Hong Kong flour for 20 min)
2) Mix well icing sugar, kou fen, Hong Kong Flour and shortening into a bowl, then add cold water (essence and colouring as appropriate)
3) Knead into dough
Note: water add slowly dun pour in all at 1 time.
