Pizza Hut Delivery

Anger, anger and more anger!

Called in Pizza Hut hotline and ordered a party meal at 1915hrs and was told that delivery will be made in one hour.
We waited till 2020hrs and since there was no delivery yet, I called in and was put on hold for more than 10mins!!!

Finally someone attended to me and told me that the manager will call me back shortly.
Waited for another 10 minutes and there was no response.
Called back again and was again put on hold for more than 10 minutes. The old folks and Adel were already hungry by now.
Imagine, no dinner by 8.45hrs.

Tried last call to Pizza Hut and finally someone picked up within 30 seconds (as I dialled in to new order). He can tell me that I called in to change my order at 2031hrs.
Hello!!!!! My order was supposed to arrived at 2015hrs, why the hell would I call in and changed my order? Please use your brain and analyse!!!!
Think he can sense my anger and transfered me to the Manager on Duty - Nadia (or something like that, did not catch her name properly).
She spoke to me and apologised.
But what is the use? We have waited for more than 1hr 40 minutes, in hunger. Will apologies suffice?
I told her harshly that I am going to send the delivery guy back if he appears before me.
This is the kind of customer service that they provide on Christmas Eve!
Yes it can be Christmas Eve but that is not an excuse for poor service.


I sweared that I will never patronise Pizza Hut ever again.
