日本村

Last Friday met up with Eunice for lunch at 日本村 at Cathay.
AJ was supposed to meet us as well but last minute she could not leave the office.

The pricing was reasonable - per plate of sushi only costs 99 cents.
It was a self service concept and you just need to proceed to the conveyor belt to get your sushi.
For other tenpanyaki and fried dishes, drinks and dessert, we just need to get the ice cream stick and place it on the holder.
Just a note, the tenpanyaki and fried order took a longer time to be ready. Hence it would be good if you order these, enjoy ur sushi plates and wait.
Chawanmushi and miso soup cost $3 though, more expensive than Sakae Sushi and Genki

I loved the bacon asaparagus, simply crunchy and yummy.
Overall, Eunice and I paid $22 each for the food below.
Go give it a try if you are there!

Just first round of the sushi plates
we had 2 rounds

Bacon with mushrooms and bacon with asparagus

Soft shell crab and fried tofu
