Sam told me that he went down to ICA to change the name on the birth certificate and collection within 3 months.
Guess how much it cost to change just the name on it.
It's freaking $60!!!!
I can make another 2 more birth certificate at Gleneagles. We were still thinking that it might just cost us a minimum sum of administration fee.
Please check properly on the form when you register for the birth of your kids.
No wonder the citizens are getting poorer while the country is getting richer.
