Sentosa (23 June 08)

We were still indecisive of where to go and spend the day for Sam's birthday. It was planned to be either East Coast Park or Sentosa. In the end we finally decided to head to Vivo City and have a birthday lunch at Swenson before proceeding to Sentosa.
I love their salad bar buffet as it was simply irresistable and I am a salad person.
Adel had her fair share of food as well and she chose daddy's birthday cake herself.

After lunch, we stil have some time left while waiting for my second sister and brother-in-law, hence we brought Adel to the playground at level 2.

We headed to Habourfront Tower 2 and began our journey to Sentosa via the cable car. Adel had wanted to go on the cable car and she was always fascinated when we passed by Habourfront or saw the cable cars from our home balcony. We got return trip tickets on normal cabin but we were lucky to be given the chance to got on to the glass cabin. How lucky we are!
Main objective of this trip was to get on the cable car as well as visit to Underwater World and Dolphin Lagoon.

There were some privileges for certain card holder. Each card is entitled to a 10%-15% discount for 2 tickets purchase. Sam and I misplaced our Safra card which has the privileges. In the end, we paid by UOB credit card which entitled us to 15% discount for 2 tickets.

Adel's favourite was the Tunnel Level because of the automated conveyor belt with all the sea creatures swimming all over her. she was fascinated with the divers inside the big fish tank that she was busy waving hello and hi-5 with them. The men were busy taking pictures and video instead. We did not make it on time for the last admission of the Dolphine Lagoon thus we decided to stay put at the Underwater World.
We got 2 toothbrush for Adel and Kennzo at $3.90 each. The rest of the items at the retail are exorbiting prices!

We took our cable car ride back to Habourfront and head to Marina Square for dinner at Yuki Yaki. Ended the day with ice cream making and I love their green tea ice cream!
