It's been awhile since we had dim sum.
It was mummy's off day today so I took the chance and brought her out to Red Star Restaurant for her favourite dim sum.
I had actually arranged to meet Darren and maybe some of the members there as well. Both of us had expected that there would be more people than usual due to public holiday. However, it did not occur to us that it would be full house and the the queue was horrendous. The waiting time was approximately 30 mins and we had to queue from the cashier till 6th floor staircase.

However, it did not occur to us that it would be full house and the the queue was horrendous. The waiting time was approximately 30 mins and we had to queue from the cashier till 6th floor staircase.
When we finally had our table, it was not setup. Seeing that no one is attending to us, I grabbed one table cloth and laid the table myself, grabbed some chairs and settled down. Yeah that's me - straight forward and not bother at how people would view me.
We even walked up to the cart and see what's in there (otherwise have to wait for donkey years before one passed by your seating area), got our food and stamped the card.
We left the restaurant at about 1.30pm and the queue was still forming. It was not that bad though, only from the lift landing area to the cashier.
We went over to 2nd sis new flat and took a peep at the design and layout.
I loved it!
The exterior of the building looked as if it was a condominium. Everything was nicely done up. They just need to fix the lightings, window grills, aircon units and new furnitures, that's all. It's a 5th floor unit and it cost them slightly more than S$190k. Housing in Singapore is expensive isn't it?
Adel loved the house too. Why? It's because she can view the LRT and countless of hi and bye as they go by.

190k for a condo feel wor!! mine is 200k for hdb feel only... but pricin will drop soon..
jus like my bro who bought theirs few mths ago.. think he is bangin his head.. if wait for few more mths, the price will drop. hehe.
nah just went once on Monday cos all not working and it's holiday.
1st hand flat and flooring all done up. move-in condition like I said, just need to do the lightings, aircon units and funitures.
