ALMOND COOKIES
Ingredients:
180 g butter
100 g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence flour
Mix:
130 g plain flour
100 g rice flour
90g ground almond(from almonds)
Almond flakes(optional)
Method:
1. Cream butter and castor till light and fluffy.
2. Add vanilla and fold in sifted flour mix.
3. mix into a soft dough.
4. Roll out dough to 3mm thickness.
5. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutter.
6. Decorate cookie with almond flake.
7. Bake in preheated oven 180C for 15 mins.
